About the role
The Sales Appointment Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for our sales representatives, ensuring that their daily schedules run smoothly and that every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and care that Renuity is known for. In this role, you will manage the logistics of appointment scheduling, resolve issues that arise with customer consultations, and maintain accurate records of each representative's progress throughout the day. You will act as the bridge between the sales team and the customers they serve, making sure that every consultation is set up for success. What you'll do
Coordinate the daily assignment of sales consultations for representatives across the team
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to confirm appointments and address scheduling concerns
Resolve issues that sales representatives encounter with their appointment calendars or customer experience
Report and update the progress of each representative's consultations at the end of each day
Serve as a professional and effective communicator over the phone for the sales department
Maintain accurate data entry for all appointment records and customer interactions
Use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Teams, and Outlook to manage schedules and reports
Collaborate with colleagues and prospects to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
Adapt quickly to new tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Support the broader mission of making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free for homeowners
Follow up with customers after their consultations to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining questions or concerns
Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent education is required for this position
Experience in building trust with customers over the phone and handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with data entry and Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Ability to speak with colleagues and prospects with confidence while multitasking across multiple systems
Active listening skills and a strong attention to detail in all communications
Resourcefulness and the ability to pivot or think quickly in problem-solving situations
Adaptability to change and willingness to perform new tasks as needed
Prior experience in appointment coordination is considered a plus for this role
Must be available to work a full-time schedule in the office with consistent attendance and punctuality
Nice to have
Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish are highly valued in this role
Prior experience in appointment coordination or a similar dispatch role is a strong advantage
Familiarity with the home improvement industry or direct-to-consumer sales environments is helpful
Comfort with high-volume phone systems and managing a large number of daily consultations
Knowledge of customer service best practices and a customer-first mindset are beneficial
