About the role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Remarcable owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a suite of procurement and operational solutions designed specifically for specialty trade contractors. You will architect and execute launch programs that connect field teams with office and supplier ecosystems, ensuring seamless adoption and clear value realization. This role requires you to translate complex platform capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate across contractor and supplier audiences. You will own positioning and messaging while aligning closely with product, sales, and customer success to validate market fit and drive revenue impact. You will build and leverage competitive intelligence to shape roadmap priorities and sharpen solution differentiation in a crowded market. The role demands hands-on ownership of demand generation content, proof points, and case studies that demonstrate measurable ROI to prospective customers. You will analyze adoption patterns and campaign performance to continuously refine messaging and GTM execution for scalable growth. Finally, you will represent the voice of the customer and the market in executive discussions, influencing strategy and prioritization across the organization.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate end-to-end product launches for new modules and features, defining positioning, narrative, and rollout timelines.
- Craft persuasive, audience-specific messaging for contractors and suppliers that highlights operational efficiency and procurement control.
- Establish competitive and market intelligence practices that monitor substitutes, emerging technologies, and vendor moves to inform strategic shifts.
- Translate the product roadmap into prioritized market opportunities, feeding insights directly into product planning and feature refinement.
- Develop robust proof points using case studies, testimonials, and quantified ROI examples that validate platform impact.
- Produce high-impact content for website, email, sales toolkits, and presentations that supports demand capture and pipeline growth.
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing programs in collaboration with Demand Generation for strategic feature announcements.
- Monitor product adoption metrics and marketing performance data to iterate campaigns and improve future GTM effectiveness.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative industry research initiatives that uncover pain points, workflows, and decision criteria for contractors.
- Travel a minimum of 25 percent of the time to attend industry conferences, engage with key customers, and participate in internal events.
Requirements
- Bring 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technical product environments.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of owning launches from initial concept through execution, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, audience-specific value propositions.
- Operate effectively as a cross-functional partner, aligning and influencing Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams.
- Apply a data-driven mindset, confidently interpreting usage metrics, market benchmarks, and campaign performance to guide decisions.
- Show initiative as a self-starter with strong project management discipline and a bias for action in fast-paced settings.
- Highlight prior experience within the construction industry, leveraging domain knowledge to inform messaging and positioning.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity when handling internal strategies, customer data, and competitive insights.
- Commit to consistent attendance and active participation in all-mandatory launch planning and review sessions.
- Align all work with Remarcable brand standards, ensuring cohesive messaging across every customer touchpoint.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have demonstrated success managing complex B2B buying committees and stakeholder engagement across multiple personas. Experience with procurement and accounts payable workflows within construction or related sectors will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and content management systems is advantageous for accelerating program execution. Comfort with data visualization and dashboard tools will support more nuanced analysis of adoption and campaign performance.
Practical notes
This role requires travel to industry conferences, customer site visits, and internal meetings at least 25 percent of the time. Employment is full-time, and candidates must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship for this position.
