About the role
You will own the end-to-end positioning and go-to-market strategy for Wealth.com's enterprise portfolio, ensuring that large institutions, RIAs, and wealth management firms clearly understand our value and differentiate us in a crowded market. You will translate complex platform capabilities into compelling narratives and frameworks that resonate across executive and technical stakeholders. This role demands hands-on execution where you will run email campaigns, build launch assets, and craft sales enablement tools that directly influence adoption and retention. You will act as the central connector between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, aligning internal teams around a unified story that drives enterprise confidence. You will leverage AI tools to amplify your impact, enabling faster research, content creation, and campaign optimization within a lean team environment. You will represent the voice of the enterprise customer, ensuring their feedback and needs shape both product evolution and GTM initiatives. You will be responsible for owning lifecycle marketing programs that move users from activation through long-term retention on the Wealth.com platform.

What you'll do
Define and own positioning and messaging for Wealth.com's product suite, with a specific focus on enterprise clients and their strategic priorities.
Lead end-to-end product launches for new features and platform enhancements, coordinating every phase from internal enablement to external communication.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure enterprise segments clearly understand new offerings and drive high adoption rates.
Build and execute lifecycle and email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Customer.io to nurture prospects and activate users across the client journey.
Develop and maintain sales enablement assets, including competitive battlecards, talk tracks, and one-pagers that equip enterprise teams to win and grow accounts.
Conduct competitive analysis and voice-of-customer research to uncover insights that sharpen positioning and inform roadmap and GTM decisions.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and campaign execution, constantly seeking ways to do more with a lean team.
Represent the enterprise customer internally by ensuring their needs, feedback, and pain points directly influence product and marketing strategy.
Create and optimize email flows that support activation, onboarding, and retention, using data to iterate and improve performance over time.
Own the narrative and key messages for major product launches, aligning storytelling with customer value and competitive differentiation.
Track and analyze GTM metrics such as feature adoption, launch performance, and engagement to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to build tools that improve win rates, expansion, and long-term account health in enterprise segments.
Champion best practices in content development and campaign management, creating reusable assets that scale across teams.
Use customer insights to continuously refresh positioning and ensure marketing efforts remain aligned with evolving market needs.
Requirements
Bring 5 or more years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments and complex enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrate the ability to develop differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks, turning intricate product functionality into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Show hands-on experience with email marketing execution, building, testing, and optimizing campaigns in platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar systems.
Adopt a data-driven approach, comfortably defining success metrics, tracking launch effectiveness and feature adoption, and using insights to guide decisions.
Display demonstrated comfort using AI tools to support research, content creation, competitive analysis, and campaign execution while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Have experience building sales enablement content, such as battlecards, talk tracks, and one-pagers, that sales teams actively use and find valuable.
Operate comfortably owning work end-to-end, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and meeting deadlines within a fast-moving and lean team structure.

B2B SaaS product marketing experience in highly competitive markets where positioning and differentiation are critical to success.
Experience conducting formal customer or market research, including win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and voice-of-customer synthesis to shape positioning and roadmap choices.
Comfort navigating regulated industry environments and managing compliance and legal review processes during marketing execution.
Background in customer marketing, including the development of case studies, testimonials, and customer stories that support enterprise sales efforts.
Familiarity with platforms such as Customer.io, Userpilot, and data or analytics tools like Omni to drive targeted campaigns and measure impact.
Possess graphic design skills or experience, utilizing tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar platforms to create visual assets and streamline collaboration.
