About the role
Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automate the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow. You will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact growth programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue across our customer lifecycle. This role requires you to translate strategic priorities into measurable campaigns and systems that drive efficient acquisition and expansion. You will serve as the primary operator for paid social and a key contributor to paid search, ensuring that every dollar spent is tracked and optimized for real business outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with product, sales, and finance goals. In this capacity, you will build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our marketing operations, enabling scalable and repeatable growth. Your work will directly support high-growth customers like Cursor and Statsig by enabling accurate billing, timely collections, and compliant revenue recognition.

What you'll do
- Own paid social advertising end-to-end across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels, handling strategy, execution, creative coordination, budget oversight, and continuous optimization.
- Support the management and scale of our paid search program in collaboration with agency partners, taking on increasing ownership of execution and performance improvements.
- Act as the day-to-day right hand to the Director of Growth Marketing, managing overall paid media budget allocation and ensuring resources are directed toward highest-performing channels.
- Monitor channel-level spend and performance metrics rigorously, using data to reallocate budget toward initiatives that demonstrate strong pipeline and revenue impact.
- Build and maintain campaign infrastructure in HubSpot, including forms, programs, automations, and integrations with ad platforms to support scalable lead capture and nurturing.
- Partner with the GTM engineer and lifecycle marketer to develop HubSpot workflows that enable effective lead follow-up, routing, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to coordinate all assets required for campaign launches, including paid social creative, display imagery, and optimized landing pages.
- Run conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing across the website to improve user experience and increase conversion rates across key journeys.
- Own execution of SEO and AEO initiatives, optimizing content and site structure for visibility within AI-driven search and recommendation systems.
- Support the maintenance of dashboards that connect marketing spend, especially paid media, to downstream outcomes such as pipeline generation, opportunities, and revenue.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, lifecycle marketing, GTM engineering, and agency partners on a regular basis to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve on-site conversion and visibility in LLM-search environments, contributing to long-term growth.
Requirements
- You have 5-7 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, with a strong track record at B2B SaaS companies.
- You possess proven experience owning a paid social program end-to-end, including strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
- You have working knowledge of paid search channels such as Google Ads, with experience partnering with agencies while also taking on hands-on execution over time.
- You demonstrate deep, hands-on fluency in HubSpot, including forms, workflows, program configuration, and reporting capabilities.
- You are comfortable using CRO testing tools and methodologies to design, execute, and analyze experiments that move the needle.
- You have exposure to SEO fundamentals and are open to building deeper capability in AEO and LLM-search optimization.
- You are analytically driven and capable of connecting paid media activity directly to pipeline creation and revenue outcomes.
- You are a systems builder who prefers creating repeatable processes and infrastructure over executing one-off campaigns.
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, lifecycle marketing, GTM engineering, and external agencies, on a consistent basis.
- You are based in New York City and able to work from our Soho office 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting an Account-Based Engagement (AEO) content strategy that aligns marketing touchpoints with target account journeys.
- Familiarity with tools and tactics used to optimize for visibility and engagement within large language model search environments.

This role is based in New York City at our Soho office. The position requires 4 days of in-office work per week.
