About the role
We are seeking a Technology Account Partner to join our North American team at Quantexa where you will play a central role in shaping the commercial and strategic direction of our Insurance sector engagements. In this position, you will act as a key link between customer ambitions and Quantexa's Decision Intelligence platform, ensuring that our solutions directly address complex business priorities. You will operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with Sales, Alliances, Solution Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to orchestrate a unified go-to-market approach. A core part of this role will involve translating technical capabilities into clear business narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders and drive adoption. You will be expected to build long-term trust with executive sponsors, helping them see Quantexa as an extension of their strategic organization. Ultimately, your work will determine how successfully we deliver measurable business outcomes and expand our footprint within strategic insurance customers.

What you'll do
Partner with the Technology Account Partner Lead to help grow and develop the Technology Account Partner team within the North American region.
Act as a pivotal member of the GTM Insurance team, driving customer success, adoption, retention, and expansion across a focused portfolio of strategic Insurance customers.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, enabling customers to unlock the full value of their data through Quantexa's Decision Intelligence platform and its connected analytics.
Define the long-term technology strategy and vision for strategic customer accounts, ensuring Quantexa remains aligned to evolving business priorities and delivers measurable business value over time.
Advise customers on enterprise architecture, deployment approaches, and technical decision-making, guiding both customer and internal teams toward optimal solutions.
Work closely with Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and strategic partners to ensure successful project scoping, alignment to Quantexa Blueprints, and value realization throughout implementation and ongoing operations.
Drive operational adoption of the Quantexa platform, removing friction points and ensuring customers maximize business outcomes and realize ongoing value from their investment.
Own executive relationships and governance, acting as a strategic advisor to senior customer stakeholders on topics such as data strategy, risk, and portfolio decisions.
Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for growth and expansion across existing accounts through data-led conversations and insight generation.
Contribute to the continuous development of the Technology Account Partner function by sharing best practice, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape the future capability and maturity of the team.
Requirements
You bring a customer-obsessed mindset, dedicating yourself to understanding customer needs and aligning them with both broader business objectives and detailed operational challenges.
You communicate confidently with senior-level business and technology stakeholders, helping customers define strategic roadmaps to maximize the value of Quantexa products across their enterprise.
You possess a deep understanding of data or specialize in one of our solution domains within Insurance, including data management, financial crime, fraud detection, or customer intelligence.
You have experience guiding platform implementations, understand common customer challenges, and have credibility backed by proven results in complex enterprise environments.
You have sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with banking CTOs, CDOs, and technical evaluation panels on platform architecture, data integration, entity resolution, and financial crime analytics.
You are familiar with data analytics, entity resolution, or intelligence-led analytics platforms, and Quantexa-specific experience is advantageous though not required for this role.
You understand cloud and on-premise deployment models relevant to tier-1 insurance environments, with awareness of security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
You have significant experience building and nurturing executive-level relationships, where customers view you as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic matters.
Nice to have
Demonstrated success managing and expanding strategic accounts in the insurance sector, with a track record of identifying and capturing expansion opportunities.
Experience working with regulated environments and stakeholders who place high importance on auditability, transparency, and governance.
