The successful candidate is a curious, technology savvy professional with strong hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-enabled ways of working, which is a key requirement for driving innovative training initiatives. They will confidently explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to create engaging learning experiences and make learning and business processes more efficient. This individual brings a genuine curiosity about how technology and AI can transform L&D and will be comfortable experimenting with new approaches and translating them into practical, scalable solutions. They will own the end-to-end accountability for the company's compliance and AI training frameworks, directly contributing to growth, retention, and risk mitigation through enhanced competence.

What you'll do

Define and lead Quantexa's comprehensive compliance training strategy, with a specific focus on customer contract obligations, onboarding, data privacy, security, and other regulatory requirements.

Proactively collaborate with Legal, Contract Management, Information Security, and other functions to identify potential competence and compliance gaps, particularly in light of our strategic focus on public sector and government contracts.

Design, develop, and implement engaging, tech-enabled, and scalable learning solutions that ensure understanding and adherence to all compliance requirements.

Develop and execute a company-wide AI upskilling strategy to build AI literacy and capabilities at all levels of the organization.

Design, create and deliver targeted AI training programs, from foundational knowledge for all employees to specialized skills for technical roles.

Actively research, pilot, and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into learning solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of how modern LMS platforms and Large Language Models (LLLs) can disrupt traditional L&D, drive efficiency, and create more effective, personalized learning experiences.

Partner with leaders across the business to identify AI-related skill gaps and opportunities for transformation.

Champion a culture of curiosity and experimentation with AI, encouraging employees to explore new tools and approaches.

Establish and manage a robust system for tracking, reporting, and auditing training completion to ensure adherence and transparency.

Act as the go-to expert for compliance and AI-related learning, sharing expertise to help others develop their skills and capabilities.

Define and own the process for continuously evaluating and improving the effectiveness of all compliance, onboarding, and AI training programs to drive measurable business impact.

Ensure all learning initiatives align with strategic objectives, mitigate risk, and support the delivery of key growth and retention goals.

Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences that resonate with a diverse, global workforce.

Measure the impact of learning programs through defined metrics and use insights to optimize content, delivery, and technology integration over time.

Requirements

You must possess hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-enabled ways of working, as this is a stated requirement for the role.

You will confidently explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to create innovative training programmes and improve learning experiences.

You will bring a genuine curiosity about how technology and AI can transform L&D and will be comfortable experimenting with new approaches.

You will own the end-to-end accountability for the company's compliance and AI training frameworks and act as the primary owner for assessing training needs.

You will design and maintain the curriculum, including the integration of modern technologies, and operate the system for tracking and reporting on compliance adherence.

You will mitigate business risk by ensuring robust tracking, reporting, and auditing of training completion for all mandatory programs.

You will successfully design and rollout a company-wide AI skills curriculum that measurably increases AI literacy and capability across the organization.

You will demonstrate a proven ability to partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and co-create solutions that drive compliance and AI transformation.
