You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep product knowledge to align Quantexa's capabilities with specific business and regulatory pressures. You will serve as the primary technical voice for Quantexa during critical sales moments and high-stakes industry forums.

- Serve as a functional expert in Quantexa's platform and products, demonstrating a fluent understanding of capabilities and real-world applications across financial services.
- Exhibit a sophisticated grasp of banking practices, regulatory environments, and risk frameworks, articulating how the platform mitigates gaps and strengthens compliance outcomes.
- Articulate and present the value of the Quantexa platform, clearly demonstrating how it solves specific pain points and enables faster, smarter, and more confident decision-making.
- Represent Quantexa at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars, showcasing our capabilities and reinforcing our position as a thought leader in connected data and decision intelligence.
- Own the technical components of the sales cycle, collaborating closely with Sales, Architects, Product Management, and Subject Matter Experts to build cohesive solution narratives.
- Drive the development of winning proposals, including responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring content is technically robust, customer-centric, and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Strategically own the design and execution of Proofs of Concept and trials, ensuring they are tightly aligned with customer objectives and structured to surface tangible business value.
- Lead the design and iteration of tailored solutions in partnership with customers and internal teams, defining the right technical and commercial approach for each engagement.
- Design, adapt, and deliver customized product demonstrations that are engaging for diverse stakeholders, ranging from end users to executive decision-makers.
- Expertly guide and shape discovery sessions with prospects and partners, uncovering core business challenges, technical constraints, and desired outcomes.
Requirements
- Bring experience in a commercially focused, technical role such as Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting within a enterprise software context.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effective and persuasive customer engagement.
- Communicate complex concepts with clarity and confidence, captivating audiences of all sizes and simplifying intricate ideas for diverse stakeholders.
- Be prepared to travel across North America, with an estimated commitment of 10-20% depending on customer needs and project scope.
- Possess domain expertise across at least two use cases within financial services, including areas such as Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, Anti-fraud, AML, KYC, and CRM, or broader data management concepts like data quality, data warehousing, and data fabric.
- Maintain strong technology knowledge, particularly within enterprise software environments, including integrations, APIs, data platforms, and security considerations.
- Have a proven history of leading a minimum of five extensive proving engagements, which may include PoCs, early implementation phases, technical workshops, prototypes, bespoke demonstrations, and business cases.
- Feel confident presenting and pitching solutions to senior stakeholders within Tier 1 organizations, maintaining composure and clarity under scrutiny.
- Show a consistent ability to drive innovation and elevate Solution Engineering best practices, supported by multiple examples of successful implementation and process improvement.
