Senior Director, Core Banking
Job description
About the role
You will own the full sales strategy and execution for the North American Core Banking segment at Quantexa. This role requires you to define and drive a disciplined go-to-market plan that expands our presence within major banks across the region. You will act as a hands-on leader who sells complex, transformational platform deals rather than simple point solutions. A core part of your responsibility is to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Directors to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will champion the value of our Contextual Decision Intelligence platform, positioning it as a critical tool for trusted risk management and customer analytics. Success in this role demands resilience and the ability to navigate long, regulated banking procurement cycles while maintaining executive presence. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with the strategic priorities of the financial services industry.
