You will own the end-to-end technical and commercial narrative for strategic public sector opportunities in the DACH region, acting as the primary architect of Quantexa's value proposition. You will translate complex decision intelligence concepts into clear, outcome-focused narratives that resonate with mission-driven stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, guiding them through evidence-based solution design and rigorous proof validation. You will collaborate extensively with global and regional teams to ensure every engagement reinforces our long-term strategic objectives. You will champion the voice of the customer within Quantexa, shaping platform evolution and go-to-market strategies. You will elevate our brand as a thought leader in data-driven decision making and responsible AI for the public sector.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with public sector stakeholders to uncover complex operational challenges and data maturity gaps.
- Architect and communicate a compelling vision of how Quantexa's Decision Intelligence Platform directly addresses mission-critical priorities for government and public agencies.
- Design and execute tailored proof-of-concept (PoC) and trial programs that de-risk adoption and demonstrate tangible value for skeptical evaluators.
- Lead high-stakes product demonstrations and executive briefings, adapting content for diverse audiences from frontline analysts to ministerial leadership.
- Author detailed solution proposals, response documents, and commercial artifacts that align with strict public sector procurement requirements.
- Partner with solution architects and technical leads to translate regulatory constraints into coherent, compliant technology roadmaps.
- Represent Quantexa at marquee industry forums, public sector conferences, and regulated environment webinars to build institutional credibility.
- Evaluate emerging public sector use cases and feed insights back to product management to influence future capability development.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to build consensus and secure buy-in across fragmented decision-making units.
- Balance strategic storytelling with granular technical detail to maintain credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical sales within highly regulated public sector environments.
- Demonstrate an intimate familiarity with the DACH region's public sector practices, regulatory frameworks, and data governance expectations.
- Exhibit a proven ability to simplify highly complex technical concepts without sacrificing accuracy or nuance for diverse audiences.
- Hold a track record of leading at least two extensive public sector proving engagements from discovery through successful adoption.
- Contribute substantively to at least five additional proof activities, including technical workshops, prototypes, and business case development.
- Show mastery of at least one core public sector solution area such as intelligence investigations, data management, tax fraud and evasion, fraud waste and abuse, or customs and borders.
- Display fluency in both the technical architecture and the operational impact of data-centric decision intelligence platforms.
- Consistently communicate with clarity, precision, and confidence in high-pressure, time-sensitive public sector discussions.
- Maintain strict professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, or classified information in line with public sector standards.
- Commit to working flexibly across time zones and travel schedules to support critical public sector missions across Europe.
Practical notes
This is a remote position based in Germany. To best facilitate collaboration with our customers, partners, and internal teams we would prefer candidates to be located in close proximity to either Munich or Frankfurt. This role will involve travel to client sites across Germany and occasional international travel to our other offices, such as London.
