This role owns the technical articulation of Quantexa's value to financial institutions across North America, shaping how prospects understand connected data and decision-making. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear, outcome-focused narratives that resonate with executive and technical stakeholders. The position demands fluency in banking regulations and real-world risk scenarios to position Quantexa as the bridge between data and decisive action. You will serve as the trusted technical voice during discovery, ensuring every conversation advances toward a measurable business case. Ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle technical workstream is central, from initial proof of concept through to scaled deployment conversations. You will collaborate deeply with alliances and product teams to refine messaging based on competitive feedback and market signals. Your work will directly influence win rates by ensuring the platform's strategic impact is understood long before a contract is signed. Ultimately, you will help define the commercial narrative that turns complex data challenges into trusted, high-value relationships.

- Represent Quantexa at industry forums, customer workshops, and virtual events, reinforcing thought leadership and platform credibility.
- Own the technical components of the sales cycle, coordinating closely with Sales, Architects, Product specialists, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Drive the creation of winning proposals, responding to RFPs and RFIs with technically precise and commercially focused responses.
- Orchestrate the design and execution of Proofs of Concept and trials, aligning them tightly with defined customer objectives and success metrics.
- Lead the design and iterative refinement of tailored solutions, partnering with customers and internal teams to define the most viable approach.
- Craft and deliver customized product demonstrations, engaging mixed audiences of practitioners and executives both in-person and remotely.
- Guide strategic discovery sessions with prospects and partners, uncovering core business challenges and underlying technical requirements.
- Champion Quantexa's vision through narrative storytelling that connects data integrity to decision confidence across use cases.
- Ensure every customer interaction reinforces the outcome-driven nature of the platform, emphasizing measurable impact over feature lists.
Requirements
- Hold prior experience in a commercially focused, technical capacity within Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to engage diverse audiences through both written and verbal communication.
- Simplify highly complex concepts for varied stakeholders, maintaining clarity without sacrificing technical accuracy.
- Be prepared to travel across North America, with an estimated commitment of 25 to 40 percent of time depending on customer and location needs.
- Possess deep domain expertise across at least two use cases in financial services, including Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, Anti-fraud, AML, KYC, or CRM.
- Alternatively, show broad competence in data management concepts such as data quality, data warehousing, and data fabric architectures.
- Maintain strong knowledge of enterprise software environments and the technology stacks that underpin decision intelligence platforms.
- Have a proven track record of leading a minimum of five extensive proving engagements, such as Proofs of Concept or early implementation phases.
- If lacking direct proving engagement history, be prepared to demonstrate equivalent experience through a portfolio of relevant client activities.
