About the role
This role is for a Healthcare Industry Leader who will own the definition and execution of Quantexa's healthcare strategy in the UK market. You will be responsible for translating the approved ExCo strategy into a concrete pipeline and revenue growth plan for the NHS and life sciences segments. The position requires deep collaboration with Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to ensure our healthcare solutions directly address industry business issues. You will act as the primary subject matter expert, shaping product direction and market positioning from the very first discovery phase. The role involves owning the narrative that connects Quantexa's Decision Intelligence platform to real-world patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise to turn complex healthcare data challenges into compelling, evidence-based value propositions. This is a hands-on leadership position that demands both strategic vision and the ability to work directly on client-facing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a credible voice that bridges the gap between advanced technology and the practical realities of healthcare delivery.

What you'll do
Define and own the end-to-end healthcare industry strategy for the UK, ensuring tight alignment between Product, Sales, and Solutions teams.
Architect and execute NHS-specific Go-to-Market campaigns that translate our platform capabilities into sector-specific value.
Champion the integration of healthcare specificity into Quantexa's core platform, driving the innovation of new industry-relevant Solutions.
Serve as the central point of contact for Sales and Customer Success, providing expert guidance on healthcare use cases and client expectations.
Influence the product roadmap by validating engineering priorities and ensuring they support maximum addressable market share in healthcare.
Establish Quantexa as a thought leader in healthcare through targeted events, client roundtables, and strategic engagement with key analysts.
Pursue and enable strategic deals by responding to Sales and Pre-Sales requests with timely, expert-level industry context.
Collaborate with Finance and leadership to build and refine annual industry revenue targets and pricing strategies that reflect market realities.
Identify and develop strategic target account plans, focusing on securing "must-win" logos within the NHS and broader healthcare ecosystem.
Forge and manage alliances with ecosystem partners that enhance our capabilities and drive scale and differentiation in the healthcare market.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that bring together data, technology, and domain expertise to solve complex healthcare challenges.
Ensure all healthcare solutions and messaging remain tightly focused on the business issues faced by clinicians, administrators, and policymakers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine our positioning and product differentiators.
Act as a mentor within the product and sales teams, elevating the healthcare IQ of the entire organization.
Requirements
You must have a proven track record in the healthcare industry, with specific experience in the UK market and the NHS environment.
You possess deep expertise in healthcare data, patient pathways, and the operational challenges facing providers and payers.
You have a history of building and executing successful industry strategies that directly contributed to revenue growth.
You are comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, business, and clinical needs, translating complex concepts into clear narratives.
You have strong experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to shape solution development.
You demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
You have a track record of thought leadership, including publications, speaking engagements, or advisory roles in healthcare.
You are fluent in the language of data and analytics, and you can articulate the tangible business value of advanced decision intelligence.
Nice to have
Prior experience working with Quantexa's platform or within the Decision Intelligence space.
Existing relationships with key NHS decision-makers and influencers.
Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors alongside healthcare provider networks.
Practical notes
This is a UK-first role with a clear path to a broader and global remit.
The position reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and is part of the core Product Leadership Team.
The role is sales-led, product-aligned, and sits within the wider public sector practice.
Work is conducted from the London office, with potential for regional travel within the UK for client meetings and industry events.
