About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for new strategic enterprise accounts within the Polish Corporate segment, acting as the primary revenue driver for Ideals VDR in Poland. You will leverage deep consultative selling techniques to navigate multi-threaded organizations, positioning Ideals as the core platform for high-stakes corporate initiatives. Your focus will be on acquiring new logos while simultaneously expanding footprint within existing strategic customers through structured upsell and cross-sell motions. You will serve as an industry thought leader, generating demand and challenging the status quo to displace incumbent solutions across long and complex sales cycles. You will translate intricate product capabilities into clear business cases that resonate with C-Suite stakeholders and directly influence purchasing decisions. All external interactions and interviews for this role will be conducted in English, requiring fluent verbal and written communication. You will be expected to maintain meticulous records of every interaction to ensure data integrity and enable precise forecasting.

Proactively discover and qualify new enterprise opportunities, building a robust pipeline that fuels sustainable growth.
Execute consultative discovery sessions to uncover latent business problems and align Ideals VDR capabilities with strategic corporate objectives.
Develop and present compelling executive-level business cases that quantify the cost of inaction and highlight clear ROI for decision-makers.
Orchestrate complex deal negotiations, managing procurement, security, and legal checkpoints to ensure smooth and efficient contract closure.
Drive demand generation initiatives targeted at specific industries, establishing Ideals as the preferred partner for high-value transactions.
Manage and monitor personal sales pipeline metrics within CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and transparent reporting to leadership.
Implement multi-threading strategies to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, from end-users to board-level sponsors.
Collaborate internally with Customer Success and Product teams to relay market feedback and influence product enhancements that strengthen competitive positioning.
Maintain a disciplined forecasting rhythm, articulating risks and opportunities with clarity to support company-wide revenue targets.
Leverage industry expertise in sectors such as energy, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and telecommunications to build credibility and trust with prospective clients.
Requirements
You possess 4-7 years of demonstrable quota-carrying success in B2B sales roles, with a consistent history of exceeding targets.
You have significant experience managing lengthy enterprise sales cycles, understanding the nuances of 6 to 9 month decision-making processes.
You hold a proven track record of selling directly to C-level executives and senior leadership teams across multiple enterprise organizations.
You are fluent in consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDPIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sale, applying them rigorously in your approach.
You exhibit exceptional business communication skills, capable of delivering sophisticated executive storytelling and handling complex negotiations.
You display high learning agility, quickly mastering intricate product details and adapting to the specific needs of varied corporate industries.
You possess advanced AI fluency and expert-level CRM tracking skills, ensuring meticulous management of sales activities and data.
You hold a University degree, such as a bachelor's or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
You are native-level fluent in Polish and operate at an advanced C1+ level of English proficiency, enabling seamless professional communication.
