What You'll Do
Quantexa is seeking a highly motivated Alliances Director for the DACH region, based in Germany. You will lead our partner ecosystem across Public Sector, Banking, and Insurance, shaping how we scale with the world's leading consultancies, technology firms, and cloud providers. You'll work closely with DACH Sales Leaders, Sector Leads, and our global partner network to:
- Engage and excite partners through strategic collaboration.
- Enable them with compelling joint value propositions.
- Execute our DACH alliances strategy to generate pipeline, influence deals, and create long-term value.
From Big Four consultancies to hyperscalers and emerging tech innovators, alliances are a cornerstone of Quantexa's growth - and this role puts you at the center of it.
As the Alliances Director for DACH, you'll be at the forefront of expanding Quantexa's presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll ensure our solutions are amplified through the right partners for the right sectors. You are the strategic link that turns partnership potential into real outcomes - influencing deals, building pipeline, and aligning partners to our mission. Your work will contribute directly to winning new customers, accelerating revenue, and strengthening Quantexa's reputation as a partner-first business.
- Start your morning with a strategy session with a partner to shape a multi-year Public Sector GTM plan - aligning on priority accounts, co-sell motions, and enablement pathways needed to activate their teams at scale.
- Mid-morning, host a workshop with a different partner to define a joint proposition for a major Banking transformation programme. You'll ensure their specialists are fully enabled on Quantexa, that messaging is tight, and that both teams are committed to a clear pipeline-build strategy.
- After lunch, review deal governance with a partner, ensuring strong execution, accurate forecasting, and clarity across all partner-influenced opportunities. You'll work with Sales, Delivery, the PMO, and Solution Engineering to remove blockers and keep momentum high.
- Later in the afternoon, collaborate with Marketing on an upcoming industry event, align with Product on messaging for a new capability launch, and sync with the Regional Leadership Team to ensure your alliances strategy is fully integrated into the DACH business plan.
- Wrap up the day with a call to a regional cloud or data partner exploring how Quantexa could enhance their Financial Crime or Intelligence offerings - assessing their strategic fit, building their enablement roadmap, and defining how they will contribute to software revenue targets.
- Throughout the day, you're updating and managing CRM with precision - ensuring deal attribution, partner influence, and pipeline insights are accurate, visible, and actionable.
- Every day is different - but always focused on building partner capability, executing with discipline, driving strategic frameworks, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
This is an outcome-based role. Success is defined by clear, quantifiable software revenue targets tied directly to your partner ecosystem.
What You'll Own
- Relationship Champion: Build and maintain strong executive alignment across DACH partners. Act as the bridge between Quanta Sales and partner teams. Keep partners informed, motivated, and delivering against joint priorities.
- Commercial Commander: Manage commercial relationships and governance frameworks. Drive measurable partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue. Enable partners through training, tools, and content so they can sell with confidence. Own forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity with full transparency on partner-led opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to remove execution barriers. Maintain precise CRM discipline to ensure transparent attribution and reliable insights. Develop capability workshops that strengthen partner execution and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- You hold three to five years of experience in alliances or partnership roles within enterprise software.
- You reside in close proximity to Munich or Frankfurt in Germany for regular client visits.
- You demonstrate experience working with Big Four consultancies, hyperscalers, and technology innovators.
- You communicate effectively in English, with professional written and verbal skills for global collaboration.
This position allows remote work based in Germany. Occasional international travel may be required.
