Aftermarket Sales Representative Position Details
This position is based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and operates on a full-time engagement basis with an annual compensation of 75,000 USD. In this role, you will drive revenue by owning the complete customer journey from first contact to long-term retention. The position is designed for someone assertive and self-assured who initiates action without waiting for direction. You will manage several shifting demands while maintaining a clear focus on commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
You will map local market demand to highlight vehicle strengths before engaging buyers effectively. Coordinating cross-functional alignment ensures that inventory, finance, and service teams support transactions seamlessly. You will design outreach sequences that introduce available inventory to prospective clients in a compelling manner. Guiding stakeholders through complex approval stages while maintaining momentum in discussions is a critical function. Adapting pricing structures and terms to satisfy client requirements without sacrificing margin goals will be essential. Documenting every interaction detail maintains visibility for future opportunities and supports strategic planning. You will support promotional activities that strengthen brand presence within the service area. Tracking competitor movements and market shifts allows for real-time strategic adjustments.
Requirements and Qualifications
You must hold authorization to work in this country. Candidates should bring three to five years of relevant commercial experience to the position. A deep knowledge of the Freightliner product line is required. You must understand how to sell intricate solutions to corporate accounts effectively. Comfort with using a computer for daily tasks is necessary. The ability to manage extensive information while maintaining a high degree of accuracy is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Western Star vehicles is preferred and provides a distinct advantage in this role.
