Premier Truck Group presents a new duty order for the Heavy Duty Truck Sales Coordinator position. This role is based in Kansas City, Missouri. It is a full-time opportunity with a compensation package of sixty-five thousand dollars annually. Key Facts of the Role
This position owns the full customer journey for daily sales operations, requiring consistent professionalism across every interaction and location. You will drive results by aligning team efforts with company objectives on a daily basis to ensure targets are met. Specific duties include setting up trucks for customer delivery while coordinating efficiently with logistics partners to maintain flow. You will organize inventory data and update social media listings to maintain accurate stock records that reflect real-time availability. Processing warranty documentation and routing claims promptly ensures faster customer resolution and satisfaction. You will guide trucks through lot movements and assist with pickup and drop-off activities to streamline operations. The role requires handling purchase orders and ensuring financial records match transaction details exactly without error. Additional responsibilities involve delivering training materials to new staff and supporting knowledge transfer during onboarding sessions. You will review truck files and prepare quotes to satisfy both customer expectations and departmental requirements accurately. Partnering with body builders and departments resolves delivery issues and maintains high levels of satisfaction internally and externally.
Maintain Heavy and Medium Duty inventory with precision and attention to detail.
Process all warranty related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain truck sales inventory on social media and PTG website to ensure current offerings.
Prepare truck deals for accounting department to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Maintain truck files used for quote purposes to ensure quick access to vital information.
Maintain Delivery Board to track the status of every vehicle movement.
Coordinate and assist delivery and pick up of trucks sold to optimize customer experience.
Move trucks on lot as needed to support sales activities and operational efficiency.
Communicate with other departments relating to truck delivery to prevent bottlenecks.
Communicate with management and customers relating to truck delivery issues to provide solutions.
Communicate with body companies to ensure seamless integration of custom builds and repairs.
Issue purchase orders related to truck transactions to support procurement and inventory goals.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support the broader objectives of the sales team.
Attend training classes as required to stay current on policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Comply with policies and procedures of the company to maintain a professional and safe environment.
Able to work when scheduled to meet the operational demands of the role consistently.
Responsible for care of equipment to ensure longevity and functionality of tools and resources.
Abide by Safety guidelines to protect yourself, colleagues, and company assets.
Requirements
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent as the foundational educational standard. Candidates must possess at least two years of administrative experience immediately to ensure readiness for the demands of the role. A valid Commercial Driver License is required to perform essential functions related to vehicle coordination and movement. The ability to adhere to strict compliance and procedural standards is non-negotiable for success in this position. You must demonstrate reliability in following scheduled shifts and fulfilling all assigned responsibilities. A strong commitment to safety protocols and equipment care is essential for maintaining operational integrity.

What you'll do
- Work schedule is Full Time during standard business hours as defined by operational needs.
