Facilitate proactive communication with insurance carriers and underwriting partners to secure timely binders, endorsements, and policy documentation for commercial and personal lines.
Perform comprehensive market scans to benchmark competitive financing structures, identifying opportunities to optimize product positioning and enhance customer value perception.
Deploy advanced questioning techniques to uncover latent customer needs, then tailor financing and insurance recommendations that drive conversion while preserving long-term relationship equity.
Monitor portfolio performance metrics daily, identifying trends in declinations, loss runs, and payment behaviors to inform strategic adjustments and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to synchronize delivery timelines, ensuring that vehicle commitments, insurance effective dates, and funding milestones are fully aligned.
Lead targeted training initiatives for dealership personnel, sharing best practices in financial documentation, compliance protocols, and consultative selling methods.
Utilize dealership management systems to generate real-time reports on unit activity, receivables aging, and service contract enrollment, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels.
Champion the adoption of digital retailing tools, guiding customers through seamless online application processes while maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.
Coordinate with finance partners to structure flexible payment options, ensuring that contract terms reflect customer cash flows without compromising portfolio risk thresholds.
Perform detailed reconciliations of billing statements, identifying discrepancies in charges, payments, and adjustments, and resolving them with internal teams swiftly and professionally.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age to ensure maturity and professional judgment in handling complex financial transactions and sensitive customer data.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent credential, demonstrating foundational knowledge in communication, mathematics, and business principles essential for role success.
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as this role may require occasional travel between facility locations and client sites during standard business hours.
