What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and assist in the development of tailored technical solutions that meet those requirements.

- Assist in the configuration and implementation of Piano's software solutions, ensuring they align with client specifications and business goals.
- Conduct thorough testing of software implementations to identify and resolve any issues before going live, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes, user guides, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Analyze client feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in the software and suggest enhancements to the product development team.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to facilitate discussions with technical teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is advantageous.
