You will operate as a Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM and ERP systems within the Highstreet, India location. What you'll do
Design and configure Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud modules in collaboration with functional teams to meet specific business process requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware to connect payroll, time tracking, and external ERP environments.
Create fast formulas and design reports within Oracle platforms to deliver accurate and actionable business intelligence.
Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring the integrity and validation of employee data moved from legacy sources into Oracle HCM or ERP.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify defects and verify system behavior against requirements.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and procedural manuals for complex systems.
Lead training sessions for HR personnel and stakeholders to ensure confident and correct usage of the configured systems.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM system post-go-live, including troubleshooting incidents and implementing necessary patches.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements and track project progress.
Stay current with the latest Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud developments by engaging in continuous training and certification activities.
Perform detailed analysis of business processes to identify gaps and define precise system configuration rules.
Utilize SQL and scripting skills to manipulate data and support integration workflows as required by the business.
Ensure all technical deliverables adhere to the organization's specific tooling standards and security guidelines.
Act as a technical liaison between functional stakeholders and the implementation team to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a minimum of two to four years of professional experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
A solid understanding of Oracle HCM structures, Payroll concepts, and related ERP principles is mandatory for this position.
Candidates must demonstrate the proven ability to create fast formulas and reports directly inside Oracle platforms.
Experience in planning and executing complex data conversions while validating data accuracy is a strict requirement.
Comfort with testing features, diagnosing faults, and performing root cause analysis is essential for success.
The ability to produce clear, concise technical guides and user instructions for complex enterprise systems is expected.
Effective collaboration skills are necessary during requirement gathering, design sessions, and stakeholder interactions.
A disciplined approach to problem resolution and system configuration is required to maintain high standards of quality.
