About the role
You will architect and lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM transformations for global clients, defining solution frameworks that align with enterprise program goals. You will serve as a strategic advisor to CXOs, guiding C-suite stakeholders through complex digital transformation decisions impacting portfolio performance. You will own the design and delivery of core PPM domains including Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Resource Management on the Oracle Cloud platform. You will mentor and build high-performing delivery teams, elevating the technical and advisory capabilities of consultants through coaching and knowledge transfer. You will lead discovery and design workshops to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable, integrated PPM solution architectures. You will strengthen the Highstreet PPM practice by developing reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and governance frameworks that ensure consistent quality. You will drive process standardization and automation across project and portfolio management workflows, embedding best practices into delivery DNA. You will actively contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development, acting as a subject matter expert in client-facing discussions.

Architect comprehensive Oracle Cloud PPM solutions that address Project Costing, Billing, Grants, and Resource Management requirements for multinational programs.
Lead multi-track transformation initiatives that intersect with ERP Cloud programs, ensuring cohesive delivery across integrated portfolio, project, and financial management landscapes.
Establish Highstreet as a trusted advisory extension for CXOs by aligning PPM strategy with enterprise objectives, risk profiles, and regulatory considerations.
Design and facilitate solution architecture workshops, creating detailed technical blueprints that map business outcomes to Oracle Cloud PPM capabilities.
Develop and maintain a robust PPM practice asset library, including reusable process frameworks, configuration guides, and implementation checklists.
Champion quality assurance across delivery lifecycles, enforcing documentation standards, peer reviews, and adherence to Highstreet implementation methodologies.
Define and automate end-to-end business processes within PPM suites, reducing manual effort and improving scalability through workflow optimization.
Identify, mentor, and grow internal talent, creating structured learning paths and hands-on coaching for junior consultants and delivery staff.
Represent Highstreet in pre-sales engagements, crafting compelling solution narratives, conducting live demonstrations, and refining proposal content based on client feedback.
Contribute directly to practice growth by authoring thought leadership, success stories, and reusable accelerators that accelerate future PPM program delivery.
Perform gap analysis between current-state PPM environments and target future-state architectures, documenting remediation plans and migration strategies.
Lead integration design discussions with Finance, HCM, and Procurement systems, ensuring data flows and master data management remain consistent and reliable.
Establish governance mechanisms for PPM portfolio oversight, enabling executives to monitor project health, resource utilization, and financial performance in real time.
Drive adoption of industry best practices by synthesizing client-specific requirements with proven Oracle Cloud implementation patterns and delivery standards.
Requirements
Bring 8-12 years of cumulative professional experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Oracle PPM in cloud or large-scale implementation environments.
Demonstrate proven leadership in managing large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations that span multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Show deep functional expertise in Project Costing configurations, including cost accounting structures, rate models, and budget controls within Oracle Cloud.
Show deep functional expertise in Project Billing, including revenue recognition models, milestone billing, and client-specific invoicing rules in Oracle Cloud.
Show deep functional expertise in Grants Management, including compliance requirements, grant accounting, and reporting specific to Oracle Cloud solutions.
Show deep functional expertise in Resource Management, including capacity planning, allocation workflows, and utilization analytics in Oracle Cloud.
Demonstrate strong understanding of integration points with Oracle Financials, Oracle HCM, and Oracle Procurement, ensuring data integrity across shared schemas.
Exhibit strong stakeholder management capabilities and executive-level communication skills to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Prove team-building and mentoring capabilities, having developed junior professionals into confident contributors within delivery environments.

Practical notes
This is a full-time salaried position based in Highstreet, India.
Candidates must be available for occasional travel as required by client program needs.
