What you'll do

- Develop comprehensive change management plans that outline strategies for communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees about upcoming changes and how they will impact their roles.
- Create and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and FAQs, to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and gather feedback from employees to ensure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Work with leadership teams to foster a culture of change readiness and resilience within the organization.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of change management efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on best practices in change management.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and discussions to address concerns and gather input on change initiatives.
- Support the development of training programs that equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks associated with organizational changes.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related area.
- Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives in diverse organizational settings.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for various audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software to track progress and deliverables.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of change initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about organizational challenges.
Nice to have
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
