What you'll do

• Create and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and FAQs, to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
• Monitor the progress of change initiatives and gather feedback from employees to ensure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
• Work with leadership teams to foster a culture of change readiness and resilience within the organization.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of change management efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on best practices in change management.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and discussions to address concerns and gather input on change initiatives.
• Support the development of training programs that equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks associated with organizational changes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices in change management to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related area.
• Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives in diverse organizational settings.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for various audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software to track progress and deliverables.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of change initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about organizational challenges.

Nice to have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
