What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their supply chain processes, ensuring that Oracle SCM Cloud solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs.
• Lead the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct thorough testing of Oracle SCM Cloud applications to identify and resolve any issues prior to deployment, ensuring a transition for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing necessary updates.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective adoption of Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions with existing systems.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in supply chain management technology, recommending enhancements and best practices to improve client operations.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training manuals, to ensure clarity and consistency in project deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud updates and new features, ensuring that clients are informed about enhancements that could benefit their operations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies related to Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle SCM Cloud applications, with a focus on implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, including inventory management, order processing, and procurement.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Oracle SCM Cloud certification or relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications, such as ERP or HCM, is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL or BI reporting tools.
• Previous experience in a consulting role, particularly in supply chain management or technology implementation.
