What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to assess their workforce management requirements and identify opportunities for improvement using the Kronos Workforce Ready platform.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to understand client workflows and operational challenges.
• Design and implement customized solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of the Kronos platform, ensuring they maximize its capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials, to facilitate client onboarding and ongoing support.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the Kronos technical team to address any issues or enhancements needed within the system.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met and projects are completed on schedule.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in workforce management and the Kronos platform to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of the Kronos Workforce Ready solution and its impact on business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive client success and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of case studies and success stories that highlight the effectiveness of the Kronos solutions implemented for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, human resources, or consulting, preferably with a focus on technology solutions.
• Proven experience with the Kronos Workforce Ready platform or similar workforce management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
