You are accountable for executing account plans that prioritize retention, growth, and long-term value creation for key clients. Your work directly influences Pebl's global growth by helping companies scale their workforce across 185+ countries with confidence and compliance. You act as the primary point of contact, shaping outcomes through consultative conversations and data-driven decision-making. You translate complex global hiring challenges into clear, compelling solutions that align with Pebl's platform and values. You collaborate daily with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences. What you'll do
- Build and grow your accounts by executing strategic account plans centered on retention, expansion, and delivering measurable long-term value.
- Prospect with purpose by identifying new opportunities through outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, and partner networks to expand your pipeline.
- Close new business within your territory while maintaining an accurate forecast and managing a disciplined, data-driven pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through consistent performance and rigorous opportunity management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and your manager to move deals forward and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Research and understand Pebl's services, the competitive landscape, and your clients' industries to position yourself as a credible, trusted advisor.
- Capture and share client feedback and market insights to influence how the team sells and serves customers effectively.
- Develop deep expertise in global hiring compliance, enabling you to address complex workforce challenges with confidence and clarity.
- Serve as the primary link between clients and internal teams, coordinating solutions that align with regional and global objectives.
- Leverage your regional fluency to engage enterprise stakeholders and build trust across cultural and geographic boundaries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to drive informed decision-making.
- Represent Pebl in a professional, consultative manner that reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation.
Requirements
- Hold 3+ years of EOR, SaaS sales experience in mid-market or commercial segments with a history of consistent quota attainment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding targets, supported by concrete data and performance metrics.
- Maintain physical residence in one of Europe's major cities and possess the right to work in that country without sponsorship.
- Show full professional fluency in English and the primary language of your hub city, including Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, both written and spoken.
- Apply a consultative approach by asking insightful questions, understanding client problems deeply, and focusing on long-term value.
- Learn quickly and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling conversations tailored to diverse enterprise audiences.
- Take ownership of your results and remain resilient when deals face challenges or longer sales cycles.
- Work effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% to build and strengthen client relationships in key markets.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree is preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact can outweigh formal education.
