What you'll do
- Own your book by developing and executing strategic account plans that drive new logo acquisition, retention, and long-term growth across ANZ and Asia-Pacific markets.
- Prospect with purpose through targeted outbound campaigns, partner networks, and existing relationships across ANZ to uncover and close opportunities within Australian and New Zealand businesses expanding their global workforce.
- Deliver consistent results by exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate, proactive forecasting and rigorous pipeline hygiene.
- Lead with deep platform and market insight by mastering Pebl's Global Work Platform™ and the ANZ employment landscape, including compliance and HR considerations for Australian businesses expanding internationally.
- Build expertise in Fair Work Act obligations, superannuation requirements, and cross-border employment complexities to advise clients with confidence and precision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact and ensure seamless client experiences across ANZ and APAC time zones.

- Act as the trusted advisor to clients as they hire, grow, and operate across 185+ countries, removing every border that stands between ambition and execution.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS or professional services sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments with consistent quota attainment.
