You own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, driving retention, expansion, and long-term growth through strategic planning and execution. You prospect with purpose, leveraging outbound campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner networks to uncover and close new opportunities within your book of business. You deliver consistent results by exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate, proactive forecasts and pipeline management. You lead with deep insight into our services, industry landscape, and competitive positioning to advise clients confidently and influence their strategic decisions. You collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize account impact and align solutions with evolving client needs. You influence the business by sharing client insights and market feedback to shape strategy and keep us ahead of the curve in a fast-moving global environment. You bring a consultative, strategic selling approach, diagnosing needs before prescribing solutions and focusing on long-term value creation for clients worldwide.

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize account impact and align solutions with client goals.
Share client insights and market feedback to influence product, positioning, and strategy, keeping the organization responsive and competitive.
Adopt a consultative, strategic selling approach that focuses on diagnosing client needs before prescribing solutions and emphasizing long-term value.
Demonstrate strong curiosity and business acumen to quickly absorb complex information and translate it into clear, compelling solutions for diverse markets.
Show resilience and ownership by taking accountability for results and remaining steady through challenges and evolving customer requirements.
Maintain fluency in French and English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across both markets on a daily basis.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen client relationships, both within France and internationally, as part of building trust and delivering high-touch support.
Hold a Bachelor's degree preferred, while recognizing that demonstrated performance and impact remain the most critical factors in success.

Requirements
Have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment and a track record of predictable execution.
Have a proven track record of exceeding targets, supported by data and concrete results that demonstrate disciplined pipeline and revenue management.
Possess fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across two primary markets.
Bring a consultative, strategic selling approach that emphasizes diagnosis before prescription and focuses on long-term value creation for clients.
Demonstrate strong curiosity and business acumen, with the ability to quickly absorb complex information and translate it into clear, compelling solutions.
Show resilience and ownership, taking accountability for results and maintaining steady performance through challenges and changing priorities.
Have a global mindset, comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
