Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market, France
Job description
About the role
You are a builder at heart who sees selling as an extension of product design, and in this role you will own the complete commercial lifecycle for your portfolio of enterprise customers in France from first conversation through expansion and renewal. You will live inside Notion alongside your customers, using the platform to design workflows, run discovery sessions, and co-create the future-state architecture of how their teams actually work. Every demo you run is a live build, every workshop is a discovery session, and you translate ambiguous business problems into clear workflow designs that show up as real value in credits consumed and outcomes achieved. You partner closely with BDRs to shape the pipeline, navigate complex procurement and security reviews, and ensure that what is sold is what gets implemented and ultimately expanded. You are obsessed with AI as a practical tool, constantly testing new capabilities and bringing that knowledge into customer workflows so they can move faster and reduce fragmentation. You communicate fluently in both English and French, and you operate with full agency to own the room, set the agenda, and present simple paths through complex problems.
Key facts
What you'll do
Run end to end discovery with priority target accounts, map existing workflows, and design future-state architectures that turn business problems into structured Notion solutions.
Build live workflow prototypes in Notion during customer sessions, turning discovery directly into a working demo that stakeholders can interact with and refine on the spot.
Own the commercial lifecycle for your book of business, including sizing opportunities, writing proposals, guiding procurement and legal review, and closing deals with the right scope and credits.
Partner with Business Development Representatives to plan target account lists, execute outbound outreach, and manage the pipeline from first contact through to signed agreement.
Translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear adoption plans and implementation handoffs, ensuring early wins and smooth transition to the Outcomes Architects team for multi-workflow expansion.
Act as the single accountable owner for each customer journey, tracking credits sold against credits consumed and driving renewals and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, training, and workflow rollout, then own the ongoing adoption narrative and renewal strategy for your accounts.
Stay at the forefront of AI tooling and workflow patterns, bringing new capabilities into customer conversations and positioning Notion as the center for team productivity and agent deployment.
Manage multiple concurrent engagements, prioritize based on commercial impact, and maintain detailed records of interactions, decisions, and next steps in your systems.
Represent Notion in procurement, security, and legal discussions, articulating how usage-based credit models and consumption metrics align with enterprise governance.
Use data from live builds and adoption patterns to iterate on solution designs, demonstrate ROI to stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, forecast revenue and credit consumption, and work closely with post-sale teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Educate internal stakeholders on customer context and workflow requirements so product, marketing, and sales teams can better serve mid-market and enterprise buyers.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Notion's evolving product roadmap with their strategic priorities around AI, automation, and collaboration.
