Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market, Nordics
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end customer journey for your portfolio in the Nordics, acting as the single accountable owner from first conversation through adoption and renewal. You will design and build workflow solutions live in front of customers, turning discovery into a live demo rather than a slide deck. You will translate customer workflow ideas into Notion architectures and commercial outcomes while navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews. You will partner closely with Business Development Representatives to own outbound motion and prioritize target accounts in your region. You will run co-design sessions directly with stakeholders, making yourself the indispensable workflow builder during the sales cycle. You will define the early adoption plan and set up handoffs to implementation partners for ongoing expansion. If you are a builder who wants to sell and leverage AI to redefine productivity, this role positions you at the center of that transformation.

- Work exclusively during our Anchor Days, which are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, to align with in person collaboration.
- Demonstrate technical fluency by building and troubleshooting live workflows in Notion without relying on specialized support.
- Stay at the forefront of AI capabilities, integrating new tools and methodologies into customer solutions on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
You must have full cycle B2B software sales experience or a consistent track record of exceeding quota in new logo acquisition and expansion motions. You need technical fluency that lets you demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live software workflows in front of customers without a dedicated specialist present. You must be comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder engagements that involve procurement, legal, and security review cycles. You should have experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software to mid-market and enterprise accounts. You need genuine comfort with AI tools and a habit of learning new ways of working through direct building. You must be fluent in a Nordic language to engage customers across the Nordics region. You should be able to operate with agency and urgency, owning simple solutions for complex problems in fast moving conversations. You must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin, Ireland, to work from our offices on Anchor Days.
Nice to have
Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity or workflow software will strengthen your candidacy. Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit based commercial proposals is beneficial. Experience in a shared account ownership model, working alongside post sale or customer success teams, will help you integrate with our customer motion. Fluency in additional Nordic languages will support deeper relationships across the region.
Practical notes
This role requires availability during our Anchor Days, which are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, to ensure in person collaboration. Travel within the Nordics for customer meetings may be required from the Dublin base. Visa sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates based on role and location requirements.
