What you'll do
- Lead a talented team of engineers in the design and implementation of the Nex Health Synchronizer, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling web applications, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby, and experience with modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
