Senior Product Manager
Job description
Senior Product Manager at Nex Health.
About the role
You own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a core surface area at Nex Health, ensuring that each initiative materially advances product excellence rather than short-term revenue. You will act as the primary steward of the product journey across discovery, delivery, and iteration, coordinating tightly with design and engineering to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. Your work will cut across multiple domains such as SaaS, API, Payments, and Infrastructure, driven by the highest priority problems facing the company and its ecosystem. You will embed directly with users including front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients to ground decisions in real-world needs. You will define, track, and own the product metrics that matter most at the feature and platform level, using data to guide iteration and validate outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to support launch, adoption, and closed feedback loops that shape the roadmap.
Key facts
What you'll do

- Engage weekly with users spanning front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients to gather insights and validate direction.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps rooted in first-principles thinking and clear problem framing.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering teams through tight, fast build cycles to accelerate validated learning.

- Define, track, and manage product metrics at both the feature and platform level to guide decisions and measure success.
- Design and drive exceptional end-to-end user experiences, connecting backend architecture, delivery mechanisms, and UI layers.
- Translate complex technical and business constraints into clear product requirements and trade-off decisions.
- Prioritize ruthlessly against the highest value problems while maintaining a bias for clarity, speed, and simplicity.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments by creating structure, setting priorities, and delivering concrete results quickly.
- Raise the bar for product quality and execution standards across the organization through mentorship and example.
- Support product launches and adoption initiatives by coordinating cross-functional activities and monitoring performance post-launch.
- Maintain a strong focus on developer experience and ecosystem growth, especially for API-first products and developer tools.
- Continuously synthesize user feedback and system data into actionable insights that refine the product strategy over time.
Requirements
- You make the product objectively better for our users every week, with developers specifically loving building on Nex Health.

- You raise the bar for how products are built and managed at Nex Health through your standards and execution.
- You bring exceptional clarity to complex product areas and elevate cross-functional execution across teams.
- You possess 6-10+ years of experience as a full-stack product owner within SaaS or API-focused businesses.
- You have a proven track record of operating at scale in organizations with revenues between $100M and $500M+ and supporting complex GTM motions.
- Experience building API-first products for developer ecosystems is a preferred and relevant background.
- You are an exceptional first-principles thinker and systems designer who can solve problems at their root.
- You demonstrate strong design thinking and can move seamlessly between technical details and user experience considerations.
- You have a deep ownership mentality, acting like a founder in your role rather than merely executing assigned tasks.
- You show a bias for clarity, speed, and simplicity over excessive process and unnecessary polish.
- You can thrive in high-ambiguity situations, ruthlessly prioritize work, and deliver real results on short timelines.
Nice to have
- Prior experience building and scaling API-first products in developer-focused environments.
- A track record of launching and growing products in the healthcare or highly regulated domain.
