Coordinate complex outreach sequences to schedule introductory meetings with eligible families and confirm participation in home-based healthcare services.

Analyze household data within CRM platforms to identify high-potential prospects and prioritize follow-up activities based on engagement likelihood.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve member inquiries, clarify eligibility requirements, and streamline the enrollment process.

Monitor real-time outreach metrics and adjust calling strategies to optimize connection rates, response patterns, and appointment setting performance.

Develop detailed notes and interaction logs in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce to maintain accurate records of each family engagement and decision point.

Support vaccination education initiatives by clearly communicating the benefits of COVID-19 immunization and addressing questions with evidence-based information.

Organize community information sessions and coordinate with local partners to amplify our reach and reinforce trust in the Nest Health brand.

Utilize creative problem-solving techniques to overcome common objections and remove logistical barriers that prevent families from accessing in-home care.

Demonstrate ownership of outreach territories by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals that align with market-specific enrollment targets and strategic priorities.

Apply active listening skills to uncover underlying needs, ensuring that recommendations are relevant, timely, and aligned with family preferences.

Represent Nest Health professionally in all remote interactions, maintaining adherence to compliance guidelines and ethical communication standards at all times.

Leverage bilingual capabilities in Spanish to engage with additional households, expanding our ability to serve diverse populations effectively.

Partner with internal stakeholders to share insights from the field, informing adjustments to messaging, service offerings, and operational workflows.

Requirements

Candidates must hold 2-5 years of cumulative experience in telephonic sales, engagement, or customer service roles that involve direct communication with external stakeholders.

You must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently achieving ambitious performance targets and quality benchmarks.

A collaborative spirit is essential, including a proven track record of working cooperatively with colleagues to accomplish shared objectives and team-based key results.

An innovative mindset is required to develop new approaches for connecting with prospects, testing different communication styles, and solving complex outreach challenges.
