About the role

You will own the end-to-end user experience for Nest Health's Louisiana operations, serving as the primary on-site technical presence for the New Orleans office and associated Louisiana sites. In this role, you ensure that hardware, connectivity, setup, and hands-on support for in-person visits are executed reliably and efficiently. You will simultaneously provide remote multi-tier support to the entire company, acting as a central technical resource regardless of physical location. You are responsible for making the complex technology stack feel unified and straightforward for the end user, managing the full identity lifecycle across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. You will own the management of endpoints, ensuring devices are patched, healthy, and secure across all platforms including Windows, macOS, and iOS. You will also own the inventory and lifecycle management of all company assets, including hands-on staging, repair, and deployment in the Louisiana offices. A critical part of this position involves owning automation initiatives that allow the technology stack to scale with business growth rather than with increasing ticket volume. You will partner directly with the Security and Compliance team to own security and compliance at the endpoint, enforcing phishing-resistant authentication, conditional access, and least-privilege principles. Finally, you will act as the Knowledge Steward for the Louisiana IT domain, ensuring documentation remains current and trustworthy for both human and AI retrieval.

What you'll do

You will provide on-site presence and multi-tier remote support to ensure a seamless end-user experience across Nest Health's Louisiana footprint. You will manage the identity lifecycle end-to-end for users through Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, handling joiner, mover, and leaver processes with precision. You will maintain endpoint management, patching, and device health across the entire fleet using Intune and a modern RMM platform. You will oversee asset inventory and lifecycle management, including hands-on staging, repair, and hardware deployment at the Louisiana office sites. You will automate repetitive and high-volume requests using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-assisted workflows to enable scaling without added manual effort. You will transition the team away from manual ticket triage by implementing context-aware routing and a self-service Notion knowledge base. You will ensure users experience a single governed platform that integrates a dozen underlying tools into one coherent interface. You will partner with the Security and Compliance team to support the SOC 2 program, including evidence collection, audit preparation, and remediation efforts. You will manage phishing-resistant, password-less authentication using passkeys and FIDO standards to strengthen endpoint security. You will maintain current and accurate technical documentation as the designated Knowledge Steward for the IT domain in Louisiana.

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. You possess current experience in IT Systems Administration with a demonstrated focus on endpoint management and security. You have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and modern identity and access management concepts. You are proficient in Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms, including the management and support of mobile devices. You have practical experience using modern Remote Monitoring and Management tools, such as NinjaOne or similar platforms. You have strong scripting abilities with PowerShell and automation frameworks, including Power Automate, to build scalable solutions. You understand networking fundamentals, security best practices, and compliance requirements relevant to a healthcare environment. You are able to obtain necessary security clearances and comply with healthcare data privacy regulations.

Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce and transitioning to a custom application platform is preferred. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and AI policies in a corporate technology environment is a preferred skill. Curiosity and a proactive approach to retiring legacy systems and standing up new modern infrastructure are valued.

Practical notes

This is a hybrid role requiring residency in New Orleans, Louisiana. The position involves on-site presence in New Orleans and the Louisiana region. There may be travel required between office locations as needed for setup, repair, or support activities. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and verification of credentials.
