About the role
You will own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager, driving the full candidate lifecycle from initial intake to offer execution. You will co-design assessment processes when needed, creating scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools that ensure consistent and objective hiring decisions. In this position, you will analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and quality signals to maintain accurate analytics and use insights to improve hiring outcomes continuously. You will partner closely with the sourcing team to build robust pipelines and engage top talent proactively across the United States, LATAM, and Canada. You will evaluate candidates' competencies and values fit using structured methods such as screening calls and CBI interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements. This role requires you to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by acting as a partner and advisor to stakeholders throughout the selection journey. You will work predominantly with roles within our Sales and Marketing teams, supporting our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years. You will leverage specialist support in sourcing, Employer Brand, and TA enablement to maintain efficiency, speed, and quality in every hire.

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager from requisition to closure.
- Co-design the assessment process when needed, developing scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools for critical roles.
- Maintain accurate analytics including pipeline health, conversion metrics, and quality signals to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively across relevant markets.
- Evaluate candidates' competencies and values fit using structured methods such as screening calls, CBI interviews, and role-specific exercises.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by managing expectations, providing timely updates, and removing obstacles.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing hiring managers, advising on role requirements, selection criteria, and growth paths.
- Utilize top-tier recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, Monday, and Metaview to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality.
- Drive process innovation and optimization across the talent funnel to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate quality.
- Collaborate with specialists in sourcing, Employer Brand, and TA enablement to align on strategies and share best practices.
- Track end-to-end funnel metrics, analyze conversion rates, and translate insights into actionable improvements for future hiring cycles.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle for all GTM roles.
- Support the development of structured interview frameworks that enable consistent comparison across candidates.
- Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline that reflects the global nature of Ideals' customer base.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment with end-to-end hiring ownership in complex B2B environments.
- Experience hiring for GTM roles in B2B sales within the United States market, understanding of quota-bearing positions and sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, applying a structured and deep assessment approach to evaluate both skills and cultural fit.
- Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and respect at every stage.
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy, full project ownership, and accountability for delivery.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversions, and use insights to refine hiring strategies.
- Stakeholder management skills to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions based on evidence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proven experience using recruitment technology stacks and applicant tracking systems to support efficient workflows.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to hiring practices in the United States.

- Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on structured behavioral questions.
- Case study exercise to review practical problem-solving, analysis, and presentation of recommendations.
- Final interview with the Hiring Manager to validate alignment with team dynamics and strategic objectives.
