About the role
This role will be a key advisor for Go-To-Market operations in North America. You will conduct detailed quantitative analysis of business performance focusing on problem-solving and developing scalable systems and processes. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. You will serve as the primary advisor to the VP of North America on all aspects of Go-To-Market operations. You will conduct strategic analysis of products markets and customers to uncover growth opportunities or areas for enhancement. You will support annual planning processes including goal setting territory design and financial plan execution.

- Drive ongoing improvements through regular operational cadences like weekly forecast reviews and monthly business reviews.
- Define track and provide insights on key performance indicators across various segments and teams.
- Partner with sales finance marketing and other departments to design and implement strategic initiatives that boost growth sales efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate scenarios forecast performance and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end operational workflow for revenue initiatives from ideation through execution and optimization.
- Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency across all revenue activities.
- Establish and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency scalability and consistency in operations.
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership metrics and timelines.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to provide timely recommendations for strategic pivots.
- Coordinate with product marketing and sales leadership to ensure go-to-market strategies are data-driven and cohesive.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical capacity such as Sales Operations Business Operations or Management Consulting.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and analyzing large complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to lead change and foster growth.
- Highly motivated with a strong intellectual curiosity and a drive to make an impact.
- Demonstrated experience in a results-driven environment where ownership and accountability are paramount.
- Strong capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving rooted in data evidence and logical reasoning.
- Experience working with stakeholders across hierarchical functions and geographies.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy integrity and confidentiality in all work.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear concise recommendations for executive audiences.

- Track record of successfully implementing process improvements that drive measurable operational outcomes.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience at a top-tier Management or Strategy Consulting firm.
- 2+ years of operational experience in Corporate Strategy Business Operations or Sales Strategy within a fast-paced high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with core Go-To-Market metrics such as CAC LTV ROI and conversion ratios.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) including reporting and record management from lead to opportunity closure.
- Experience managing or supporting global sales leaders.

Practical notes
Compensation: $174,600 - $213,400 USD total target compensation. This includes base salary and variable compensation (bonus or commission) plus equity.
