About the role
Mixpanel is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead marketing campaign strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific region, with the position based in Singapore and operating on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product awareness and user engagement through well-coordinated campaigns that reach target audiences throughout the APAC territory. The Senior Campaign Manager partners with regional marketing teams, global product leaders, and external stakeholders to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes and support long-term growth. You will play a central role in shaping how Mixpanel connects with customers and prospects across diverse markets in Asia and the Pacific, ensuring that every campaign reflects the company mission and values while achieving key performance targets.

What you'll do
Lead the full lifecycle of marketing campaign planning, execution, and ongoing optimization for the Asia-Pacific region.
Develop detailed quarterly and annual campaign calendars that align with product release schedules and regional business goals.
Partner closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure all campaign messaging remains consistent and compelling.
Analyze campaign performance metrics across multiple channels to identify improvement opportunities and refine audience targeting strategies.
Coordinate with regional marketing leads to adapt global campaigns for local APAC markets, cultures, and preferences.
Manage ongoing relationships with external creative agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assets.
Track and report on key performance indicators including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and overall return on investment.
Facilitate regular creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign concepts that resonate with diverse APAC audiences.
Review and approve all campaign materials to ensure strict alignment with brand standards and regional compliance rules.
Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to junior marketing team members on campaign development and execution best practices.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a closely related academic discipline is required.
At least five years of professional experience in marketing campaign management or a comparable senior role.
Demonstrated success in planning and delivering marketing campaigns specifically within the Asia-Pacific geographic region is essential.
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, social media, search, and display advertising platforms.
Hands-on experience using analytics and reporting platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with confidence presenting strategies and results to senior leadership.
Proven capacity to manage several concurrent campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting strict deadlines.
Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, regional consumer behavior, and cultural differences across multiple countries.
Nice to have
Prior experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms commonly used in the APAC region.
Working knowledge of one or more local languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa Indonesia.
Background in B2B software or product analytics companies, with particular familiarity in the technology industry sector.
Previous experience overseeing agency partnerships and managing outsourced creative production for large-scale marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Skills & tools
Hands-on experience with campaign management and marketing automation platforms for planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency with project management software for coordinating complex workflows across multiple teams and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills in spreadsheet applications for organizing campaign data, building models, and generating reports.
Ability to review creative assets using design tools and provide constructive feedback to external vendors.
Comfort with team collaboration and messaging platforms used for coordinating distributed and hybrid team communication.
