Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, EMEA
Job description
About the role
You own the end-to-end enablement experience for every seller and customer success professional across the EMEA region, acting as the trusted strategic partner to regional leadership who accelerates team behavior change at scale. You will design and deliver hands-on coaching, training, and certification that directly impacts how sellers engage with customers in an AI-driven GTM environment. You are expected to shape regional enablement strategy, influence best practices beyond your team, and proactively introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to elevate the entire function. This role requires deep presence in live sessions, the ability to analyze real sales conversations, and the skill to translate insights into repeatable coaching frameworks that drive measurable outcomes. You will not be a program coordinator but a hands-on coach who energizes teams through live facilitation, data-informed guidance, and a relentless focus on practical skill development.
Key facts
What you'll do
Lead in-person delivery of new hire onboarding curriculum and hands-on certification of core Mixpanel skills while iterating on content based on field feedback.
Organize and facilitate quarterly Mixpanel Academy regional sessions, shaping program direction and ensuring consistent learning outcomes across EMEA.
Run weekly best-practice sessions and peer-sharing programs that drive adoption of Mixpanel's tech stack and emerging AI workflows across sales and success teams.
Use Gong AI and Galileo AI to score and analyze sales calls, building data-driven coaching frameworks that other Enablement Managers can replicate.
Regionalize global enablement initiatives and act as a thought partner to global Enablement leadership on program effectiveness and necessary changes.
Partner with senior regional sales leaders as a strategic advisor, representing enablement in conversations about GTM strategy and influencing decisions.
Develop and maintain a clear view of regional performance by tracking Gong scores, certification completion, adoption rates, and behavior change tied to coaching cycles.
Champion approaches and tools within the Enablement team, encouraging peers to adopt successful frameworks you have tested and refined.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure enablement initiatives align with broader GTM objectives and sales leadership priorities.
Continuously evolve the onboarding and academy curriculum based on observed gaps, market shifts, and feedback from sellers and customers.
Drive adoption of new tools and productivity workflows, ensuring teams fully leverage Mixpanel's capabilities to drive revenue outcomes.
Build repeatable coaching models that scale across regions while maintaining a human-centric approach to change management.
Act as the first point of contact for regional leaders seeking rapid, large-scale shifts in team behavior and GTM execution.
Demonstrate the impact of enablement through clear narratives that connect training and coaching to business results.
Requirements
You bring 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, GTM enablement, or a revenue coaching role, ideally within a B2B SaaS organization.
Your background must show B2B sales experience that outweighs pure sales enablement experience, proving you understand the realities of selling.
You possess a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving, comfortable navigating ambiguity while helping teams adapt to AI-driven shifts in GTM.
You have a clear understanding of coaching versus feedback, with real experience applying known coaching frameworks to improve seller performance.
You are fluent with conversation intelligence tools, and Gong experience is strongly preferred as a core part of your daily workflow.
You have a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders, working closely with senior sales leaders as a strategic advisor rather than a support function.
You are comfortable facilitating live sessions, running workshops, and delivering training in a hybrid environment that combines in-person and virtual engagement.
You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes.
