Lead account opening and verification (KYC) procedures alongside initial funding steps to ensure new client accounts are activated successfully and without delay.
Articulate the distinct features of MultiBank Group products, account types, and trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, and MultiBank-Plus to align solutions with specific client needs.
Implement systematic re-engagement campaigns for unconverted and dormant leads to recover value and lift conversion rates across the existing sales pipeline.
Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators for calls, account openings, and first-time deposits to support and exceed team targets.
Maintain immaculate records of every interaction and pipeline stage within the CRM to ensure data accuracy, facilitate handovers, and support strategic follow-up.
