You will partner with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to execute end-to-end recruitment activities that directly support the firm's growth trajectory. You will own the administration of candidate communications, coordination of interview logistics, and the maintenance of accurate records in our talent systems. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and ensure a consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints. What you'll do
Conduct sourcing campaigns to build diverse candidate pools using databases, social platforms, and networking channels.
Perform administrative screening to assess candidate qualifications against role requirements before escalating to human review.
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, managing calendars and communicating time changes with professionalism.
Prepare briefing documents and talent profiles that summarize candidate strengths, role fit, and development considerations for decision-makers.
Maintain candidate records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and traceability for audit and reporting purposes.
Support the implementation of Talent Operation initiatives by tracking metrics, identifying process gaps, and proposing incremental improvements.
Engage with hiring teams to clarify requirements, align expectations, and promote a consistent understanding of role objectives.
Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and preserving a positive organizational image.
Monitor recruitment pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with partners to streamline workflows and reduce time-to-fill.
Assist in the execution of structured assessment processes, helping to standardize evaluations and improve decision reliability.
Generate reports on key performance indicators, offering insights that inform strategic adjustments to recruitment strategies and resource allocation.
Contribute to special projects that enhance the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function, from process mapping to system optimization.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with anticipated graduation dates aligning with the internship timeline.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, as this is a domestic, onsite role centered in Houston, Texas.
Available to commit a minimum of 24 hours per week, with a consistent schedule that supports operational needs during business hours.
Able to work between 8 AM and 5 PM Central Time, demonstrating reliability and alignment with team meeting and deliverable windows.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messages.
Demonstrate proficiency in common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools used in professional environments.
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment when handling sensitive personnel and candidate information.
Willing to adhere to all firm policies, including those related to safety, ethics, diversity, and professional conduct in a collaborative setting.

This is a paid, part-time, fully onsite position.
Work hours are flexible within 8 AM-5 PM Central Time business hours.
The internship is scheduled for approximately 24 hours per week.
The position is based in Houston, Texas, and requires onsite presence at the office location.
Employment is offered as an intern role under the guidance of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team.
