Head of GTM, Research Services
Job description
About the role
The individual in this position will act as the foundational architect for a brand-new market research service that fuses the Maze platform with deep human expertise. This role requires the hire to own the entire commercial narrative and go-to-market motion for a service that is explicitly designed as an AI-native alternative to legacy research agencies. They will operate at the intersection of product insight and revenue generation, defining how this hybrid offering is positioned, valued, and sold into the enterprise market. The hire will build the operational rhythm and strategic framework necessary to transform an internal idea into a scalable revenue stream. This is a founding commercial role where the primary responsibility is to validate the business hypothesis and establish a repeatable sales motion from scratch. Success will be measured by the ability to translate ambiguous market opportunity into concrete revenue targets and pipeline. The role demands comfort with building processes where none currently exist, using judgment and data to drive decisions in a fast-evolving environment.
