The Sendbird Revenue Operations team is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations. The Revenue Operations team brings together Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CX Operations, and Data Insights - together, we own the processes, systems, and analytics that power the entire lead-to-cash cycle. It is a fast-moving, high-impact function, and this role is central to how we grow.
You will be joining a team that moves with urgency, thinks in data, sweats the details, and is genuinely energized by building a high-quality pipeline for Sales. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we would love to talk. This role reports to our Head of Revenue Operations, and you will own the monitoring and enablement of lead and pipeline delivery. We are looking for someone who really gets marketing and can build the systems, processes, and workflows that help our marketing efforts thrive and scale. This position is based in our San Mateo, California office, with the team on-site Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week (3+ days). This is an IC role that owns the function, the strategy, and vendor relationships.

What you'll do
Lead our Marketing Operations efforts and partner closely with the Head of Demand Generation and Marketing stakeholders to define and execute on the operations strategy.
Manage our external MOps agency that executes our Campaign Operations and ensure seamless collaboration across internal and external teams.
Own the Marketing technology stack across various solutions, including the selection of new tools and the ongoing support of our marketing technology ecosystem, which encompasses the website, backend systems, and measurement frameworks.
Set up and manage integrations between our core Marketing and Sales systems and complementary tools to enable smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
Balance short-term fixes with the design and implementation of scalable long-term solutions that support current needs and future growth.
Work with our global marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign programs are designed and executed effectively, aligning objectives and timelines across regions.
Manage our email calendar and inbound forms, taking responsibility for building, testing, and sending emails, registration pages, and other campaign elements on schedule.
Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement and strict compliance with privacy regulations and data standards.
Ensure lead and contact data quality through cleaning, normalization, and imports to maintain accurate and reliable information assets.
Assist with lead and contact database management, attributions, and proper tagging to support advanced segmentation and targeting.
Optimize lead and account scoring, nurturing, and routing mechanisms so that leads are passed to sales and prioritized appropriately based on intent and fit.
Build and maintain the tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure for Demand Generation programs, ensuring accurate measurement, clean data flow between systems, and clear visibility into program effectiveness and ROI for stakeholders.
Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and drive improvements in conversion and velocity across channels.
Define measurements for Inbound, Outbound, Channels, and Lead Source to create a clear understanding of performance and impact.
Refine our Attribution model to optimize for motion and ROI, using data insights to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.

You are comfortable managing and influencing external agencies while maintaining strong internal relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
You have experience with marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, and attribution platforms.
You are proactive, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Practical notes
The role requires 3+ days on-site in San Mateo, California, working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. This is an IC role that owns the function, the strategy, and vendor relationships within the Revenue Operations team. The position involves frequent collaboration with global stakeholders and requires strict adherence to privacy regulations in all marketing operations and data handling activities.
