About the role
The role centers on owning enablement for Customer Success and Account Management while directly shaping how these teams retain and expand with customers. You will design and execute initiatives that measurably improve the performance of CS Growth and CS Care teams in driving renewals and expansion outcomes. A core part of the position involves building scalable structures and AI-assisted workflows that allow the GTM organization to operate efficiently at greater scale. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects from conception through execution and maintenance, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible results rather than being abandoned. This position requires deep collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to align learning priorities and integrate enablement into daily workflows. You will gather and translate insights from customer interactions to refine training and coaching materials that drive better business behavior. The role also involves maintaining and evolving career frameworks, skill standards, and organizational design across all CS levels and functions. You are expected to embody and propagate the Leapsome culture as you manage cross-functional stakeholders and support Sales enablement wherever it creates the greatest impact. What you'll do
Design and run enablement initiatives that measurably improve the performance of CS Growth and CS Care teams in driving renewals and expansion.
Construct the underlying structures and AI-assisted workflows that allow the team to scale, including knowledge management, meeting formats, and initiative alignment across the GTM organization.
Own the onboarding process for new CS hires and use structured, AI-supported learning paths to cut ramp time and accelerate time to productivity.
Become deeply familiar with the Leapsome product and coach team members on real client calls, providing preparation frameworks and feedback sessions that improve conversational quality.
Facilitate regular team workshops and trainings, then ensure that insights and best practices are actively integrated into day-to-day customer work.
Maintain and evolve career development guidelines, skill frameworks, and organizational design elements across all Customer Success levels and functions.
Manage projects that spread the Leapsome culture across GTM teams and locations, ensuring consistent standards and behaviors.
Coordinate closely with stakeholders in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to align on learning priorities and identify opportunities where enablement can move the needle.
Step into Sales enablement where it creates impact, supporting initiatives that improve pipeline quality, conversion, and commercial outcomes.
Leverage AI tools to redesign workflows, turning customer call insights into training content and using agent-supported approaches for onboarding and coaching.
Comfort with operations and data will be essential, as you use metrics to validate the effectiveness of learning interventions and refine them over time.
Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, operating with agility and impact-focus while navigating shifting priorities in a fast-growing environment.
Communicate clearly and persuasively at every organizational level, ensuring that enablement content is accessible and actionable for all team members.

Requirements
You bring 5+ years of experience in enablement, L&D, Customer Success, Sales, or a combination of these roles, with a track record of helping commercial teams improve their performance.
You operate effectively as a hands-on generalist, capable of facilitating workshops, joining client calls, learning complex products quickly, and coaching individuals on their conversational techniques.
You design learning experiences centered on the needs and behaviors of the people who will use them, and you communicate in a way that is clear and adaptable across audiences.
You take end-to-end ownership of your work, handling scoping, design, execution, and maintenance without waiting for others to push tasks forward.
You work comfortably with AI tools and enjoy redesigning workflows around their capabilities, including agent-supported onboarding and data-informed training creation.
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, remaining impact-driven, agile, and resilient when priorities shift quickly in a growth-stage company.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to produce precise documentation and facilitate discussions that cut across cultures and functions.
German language skills are considered an advantage, given the Berlin location and cross-functional collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders.
You have a bonus background in HR technology or HR field experience, a solid understanding of the SaaS Customer Success lifecycle, and demonstrable account management or sales capabilities of your own.
Nice to have
Preference for candidates who have operated at the intersection of enablement, customer success, and sales in fast-growth SaaS environments.
Experience designing learning programs that incorporate AI tools and workflows to automate knowledge creation and application.
A demonstrated ability to measure the impact of training on commercial outcomes such as retention, expansion, and customer health scores.
Practical notes
This is a 1-year limited contract position.
Hybrid work model with the expectation of 2 days in the Berlin office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The role reports to Berlin-based leadership and requires collaboration across time zones common in European and North American operations.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Germany without sponsorship, as the company cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role.
The position is located in Berlin, and alignment with the in-office schedule is essential for successful collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams.
