Match Group New York is currently seeking a Sr. Workplace Experience and Events Coordinator. This individual will own the complete lifecycle of our in-office gatherings. From initial concept to final memory, the role ensures every event feels intentional, human, and aligned with our culture. The coordinator manages the office calendar rhythm, ensuring each gathering strengthens connection across our diverse teams. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring presence five days per week.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will design and run the complete lifecycle of gatherings. They will guide concepts from the first idea through the final memory. Cross-team touchpoints are coordinated to ensure every event feels intentional and human. The role owns the calendar rhythm, supporting connection across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities

You will design intake sessions to capture stakeholder goals. These sessions translate objectives into detailed event strategies.

You will architect venue layouts and vendor selections. The goal is to build experiences that reflect our brand and community values.

You will negotiate contracts and manage timelines. All legal and logistical checkpoints must be satisfied.

You will coordinate room setups and technology. Each space must support its intended activity and flow.

You will oversee on-site execution. Directors and vendors are managed to ensure smooth and discreet transitions.

You will solicit feedback from attendees. Insights are then used to refine future formats and improve satisfaction.

You will maintain budget discipline. Tracking expenses and optimizing choices helps protect financial targets.

You will partner with global teams. Dates, themes, and content are aligned to ensure culture remains consistent.

Compensation and Location

This role is based in New York, New York. The compensation range is 143,000 USD to 173,000 USD annually. Engagement requires an in-office schedule of three days each week.

Requirements

You hold five years of experience in event or workplace coordination roles.

You reside in or near New York, New York, with reliable access to our offices.

You manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining clear documentation. Steady follow-through is essential.

You communicate clearly with leaders at all levels. Your tone and detail level adapt to each audience.

You handle sensitive information with discretion. Upholding privacy and trust across the organization is mandatory.

Nice to have

Experience running programs for a multi-site company operating across several regions is valued.

Skills and Tools

Proficiency with MS Teams is required.

Experience with Zoom is necessary.

You will use Google Workspace regularly.

Slack communication skills are essential.
