Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
