Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
