What you'll do

• Lead and manage field operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency across all job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
• Train and mentor field staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns that may arise during the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations management within the construction or concrete industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required, which may include overnight stays.
