What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of mission-critical construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the plan.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, compliance with safety regulations, and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs to ensure financial accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries throughout the project.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Foster a culture of safety and quality on-site, ensuring that all team members adhere to best practices and company policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on mission-critical projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
