What you'll do
Conduct in-depth market research to identify target accounts, industry trends, and untapped business opportunities within the designated territory.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan that outlines specific activities, milestones, and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
Initiate and manage a proactive outbound prospecting program utilizing multiple channels, including cold outreach, networking, and digital engagement.
Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers across target accounts.
Qualify leads rigorously to ensure alignment between client needs and Magna's service capabilities, maximizing pipeline efficiency.
Collaborate internally with operations, legal, and support teams to craft compelling, customized proposals and presentations.
Articulate the distinct value and return on investment of Magna's full service portfolio to address complex client problems.
Negotiate contract terms and service scopes to secure agreements that are mutually beneficial and reinforce long-term partnerships.
Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to provide timely insights that inform strategic adjustments to sales approaches.
Track all sales activities, forecasts, and performance data meticulously to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
Attend and actively participate in industry conferences, seminars, and local business events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Leverage client testimonials and case studies to build credibility and demonstrate proven success in delivering legal support solutions.

Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing services.
Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; a Master's degree is preferred but not required.
Demonstrate a proven track record of at least five years in sales, business development, or a related field within the professional services sector.
Bring a minimum of three years of experience specifically focused on selling legal services, litigation support, or B2B solutions to law firms or corporate legal departments.
Show a consistent history of exceeding sales quotas and achieving measurable revenue growth in previous roles.
Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to sophisticated audiences.
Display strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating client needs into actionable service strategies.
Have experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly platforms like Salesforce, to manage pipelines and forecast accurately.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% within the designated territory to meet with clients, attend events, and support account activities.
