The Recruiter at Magna Legal Services is responsible for owning the complete lifecycle of hiring for corporate, operational, technical, and professional roles. What you'll do

- Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and communication with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
- Assess candidate qualifications and present strong matches to hiring teams based on defined job requirements.
- Facilitate offer discussions and guide candidates through the acceptance process to secure final agreements.
- Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and diversity of hires to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Champion a positive candidate experience from initial application through successful onboarding.
- Stay informed on compensation trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to remain competitive.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement continuous process improvements for recruitment workflows.
- Leverage video interviewing platforms and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Proactively source candidates through creative strategies and market mapping to address evolving needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities and documentation.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of three years of full-cycle recruitment experience to demonstrate your capability in complex hiring scenarios. Possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities accurately. Demonstrate the ability to manage concurrent projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Communicate professionally and clearly with internal teams and external partners to foster strong working relationships. Proficiency with video interviewing platforms and applicant tracking systems is mandatory for success in this role. Show adaptability in response to shifting priorities, deadlines, and evolving business requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive hiring information and candidate data at all times. Understand and comply with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies relevant to recruitment. Commit to ethical practices and uphold the integrity of the talent acquisition process. Engage in continuous learning to stay current with recruitment methodologies and industry trends. Practical notes
This is a remote, full-time, permanent position. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000. Comprehensive benefits package details are available upon request.
