About the role
You will architect and own the end to end marketing strategy for Magna Legal Services, defining the vision, positioning, and narrative that differentiates our legal support portfolio in a crowded market. You will lead the creation of a data driven demand generation engine that aligns tightly with Sales, delivering a predictable pipeline of high quality opportunities for our law firm, corporate, insurance, and government clients. You will own the stewardship of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the reliability, expertise, and professionalism that underpins our reputation. You will build and evolve scalable marketing capabilities, embedding process rigor, testing discipline, and continuous improvement into the way we acquire, convert, and retain business. You will partner deeply with Sales, Operations, Product, and Recruiting to translate commercial objectives into coordinated campaigns, content, and experiences that accelerate growth. You will leverage analytics and emerging technologies, including AI, to optimize performance, sharpen targeting, and prove the tangible impact of every marketing initiative. You will steward a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration, empowering our marketing team to do meaningful work that grows their careers alongside the business. You will serve as the external and internal voice of marketing, shaping how Magna Legal Services is perceived and ensuring our story resonates with stakeholders at every stage of the client journey.

What you'll do
Develop and own a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business priorities and supports revenue growth across our full suite of legal support services.
Build a scalable demand generation machine that combines inbound and outbound tactics, channel optimization, and rigorous measurement to consistently fill the pipeline.
Define and maintain brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and positioning that clearly articulate the value of our court reporting, record retrieval, investigations, jury consulting, litigation graphics, and language services.
Partner with Sales to create target account playbooks, value propositions, and engagement strategies that empower our teams to win at every stage of the sales cycle.
Lead the creation of high impact content, including case studies, white papers, thought leadership, presentations, and digital assets that educate and persuade sophisticated legal buyers.
Design and execute a data driven performance marketing program, using analytics, experimentation, and AI tools to optimize channels, audiences, and creative for maximum return.
Own the end to end marketing technology stack, evaluating, implementing, and integrating tools for automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign management.
Champion a test and learn culture, establishing feedback loops, experimentation frameworks, and performance reviews that continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with Product and Operations to translate product roadmaps and operational initiatives into compelling narratives and go to market strategies.
Partner with Recruiting to strengthen our employer brand, ensuring that marketing consistently communicates why top talent should choose a career at Magna Legal Services.
Establish governance and processes for creative production, vendor management, and campaign launch checklists to ensure quality, compliance, and timeliness.
Define and monitor a comprehensive set of metrics, from brand awareness and engagement to pipeline influence and customer retention, to demonstrate marketing's business impact.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating market dynamics, competitive insights, and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for growth.
Represent Magna at industry events, analyst discussions, and strategic partnerships that elevate our profile and reinforce our position as a premier provider of legal support services.
Champion innovation by exploring emerging channels, formats, and technologies that can differentiate our marketing and keep us ahead of client expectations.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and you bring a minimum of ten years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least five years managing teams and budgets in a B2B service environment.
You have a proven track record of building and scaling marketing organizations, establishing processes, and delivering predictable, measurable business outcomes through strategic and integrated marketing programs.
You demonstrate deep expertise in demand generation, brand building, and go to market strategy, with a strong portfolio that showcases how your marketing leadership has driven growth and differentiated positioning in complex service markets.
You are fluent in marketing analytics, comfortable working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools, and you have successfully used insights to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and allocate resources effectively.
You have hands on experience with marketing technology, including CRM platforms, marketing automation, content management, and campaign measurement tools, and you understand how to align these systems to support the buyer journey.
You have managed end to end marketing initiatives that involve cross functional collaboration, requiring influence without direct authority and the ability to align Sales, Operations, Product, and other stakeholders.
You hold a current professional driver's license, have reliable access to a vehicle, and are eligible to obtain any necessary security clearance if required for specific client projects.
You are authorized to work in the United States now or at any time in the future, and you are eligible to travel domestically in support of client meetings, project work, and professional development as needed.
You communicate with clarity, professionalism, and precision, whether in writing, speaking, or presenting, and you tailor your message to diverse audiences, including executives, legal professionals, and operations leaders.
Nice to have
Experience in the legal services industry, including familiarity with law firm business models, professional service marketing, and client service expectations.
Background in industries subject to strict compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements, and an understanding of how to manage sensitive information responsibly.
Experience with AI powered marketing tools and experimentation frameworks, including prompt engineering, test and learn methodologies, and responsible deployment of emerging technologies.
Knowledge of legal technology platforms, case management systems, and workflow tools that support the delivery of litigation and investigation services.
Experience supporting multilingual markets or coordinating with language service providers, with a working understanding of how to adapt messaging for different cultures and regions.
A track record of building and mentoring high performing marketing teams, including experience in coaching, performance management, and professional development.
Practical notes
This is a full time position based on a standard forty hour work week, with the expectation of occasional after hours coordination to support global clients and time sensitive initiatives.
Travel may be required for client visits, project work, and industry events, with the understanding that the majority of core responsibilities will be performed remotely.
This role requires eligibility to obtain any necessary security clearance for certain client projects, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for the underlying position.
