You will enter into a contractual agreement with Lyra Clinical Associates.

As an Affiliate, you will manage a self-directed clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis. Your role involves accepting case referrals from Lyra's global corporate client base. You will provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling to employees and their dependents. You retain full autonomy over your practice. This includes the freedom to select your own hours and determine your case volume. You will simultaneously benefit from Lyra's clinical tools, administrative support, and professional training resources.

Clinical Care Delivery

You will deliver high-quality, short-term counseling. Sessions typically range from 1 to 8 per case. The focus is on corporate employees and their families. Clients often face issues such as stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression.

Evidence-Based Practice

You will utilize established therapeutic modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These methods are adapted for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) context.

Administrative Compliance

You will use Lyra's secure digital platform for all operational tasks. This includes managing scheduling, documenting case notes, and ensuring adherence to global data privacy regulations.

What You Will Do

You will manage the intake of cases, guiding employees through initial support phases. The goal is to establish trust and deliver focused care sequences. You will design efficient care plans targeting workplace stress, grief, and mild mental health conditions. These plans must function effectively within an eight-session framework.

You will utilize Lyra's technology to organize sessions, record notes, and meet regional privacy standards. Coordination with global client teams is essential to align schedules, clarify treatment goals, and maintain workflow momentum.

Analyzing outcome data is a core responsibility. You will review trends to identify friction points and adjust your methods accordingly. This analysis aims to improve accessibility and effectiveness. You will maintain a clear separation between your clinical practice and platform-related administrative duties. Closing cases in a timely manner is vital. You will ensure each case achieves stability before concluding the engagement. Collaboration with data stewards and support staff is necessary to uphold standards across different markets and service lines.

Requirements

You must possess a valid license or equivalent authority to practice counseling in your jurisdiction. A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience is required. This experience should involve delivering brief, goal-oriented counseling services.

Fluency in Norwegian is required for local engagements. English fluency is necessary when interacting with corporate clients and international colleagues. You must utilize the Lyra platform for all scheduling, documentation, and compliance-related functions.

Compensation and Location

This role is based in Oslo, Norway. The engagement is structured as a contract. The annual compensation for this position is 120,000 NOK.

Nice to Have

Experience with Preferred methods is advantageous. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) specifically within brief employee assistance contexts.
