What you'll do
Conduct individual counselling sessions for employees and their families enrolled in employer-sponsored mental health programs.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the cultural and linguistic background of each client.
Assess client needs and develop personalised care plans aligned with Lyra's clinical standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate and confidential session records within the Lyra Empower platform and associated systems.
Collaborate with the broader care team, including clinical supervisors and care coordinators, to ensure continuity of support.
Provide crisis support and triage guidance when clients present with urgent mental health concerns.
Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development activities offered by Lyra Health.
Uphold all ethical guidelines and professional standards governing counselling practice in the region.
Communicate effectively with clients who speak Hyderabadi Hindi, ensuring language is not a barrier to care.

Requirements
Fluent proficiency in Hyderabadi Hindi, both spoken and written, to serve the client population effectively.
A recognised counselling or psychotherapy qualification, such as a master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling, or a related field.
A minimum of two to three years of professional counselling experience in a clinical or community setting.
Registration or licensure with a relevant professional body governing mental health practice in India.
Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy or similar modalities.
Strong understanding of employer-sponsored Employee Assistance Program structures and the unique needs of working populations.
Comfort with using digital platforms and telehealth tools to conduct sessions remotely.
A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to professional ethical standards at all times.
