Program Documentation and Learning Coordinator
Job description
About the role
This role owns the end-to-end process of capturing, structuring, and circulating qualitative insights from our state teams. You synthesize raw field data into organized knowledge products that the entire India team can use. You act as the central memory for program learnings, ensuring critical stories and best practices are preserved. You own the creation of clear narratives that help leaders understand what is working and why. You proactively map what we know against what we need to know to guide future strategy. You translate complex operational realities into accessible formats for diverse audiences. You ensure that every stakeholder meeting is supported by accurate, up-to-date, and well-curated context.
Location: India
Engagement: Full-time
What you'll do
Coordinate the collation and organization of best practices, key initiatives, and implementation challenges across all programs to build a shared evidence base. Build and manage an intuitive knowledge repository that categorizes information logically so it is immediately useful for busy teams. Synthesize unstructured qualitative data from field reports and meetings into clear themes, insights, and actionable recommendations. Translate complex program findings into engaging written communications such as emails, newsletters, and internal briefs. Create and maintain presentation decks that tell compelling stories for state leadership and cross-functional discussions. Act as the central documentation hub to ensure that critical knowledge is not siloed within individual teams. Identify gaps in existing knowledge by analyzing information patterns and proactively highlight blind spots to relevant stakeholders. Develop resources that bridge these gaps, such as guides, frameworks, and case studies for team consumption. Champion the active use of the knowledge repository across the team to encourage consistent adoption. Support preparation for critical stakeholder meetings by curating relevant success stories and practical examples. Facilitate cross-program learning by enabling systematic exchange of insights between different state teams. Continuously refine documentation processes to improve clarity, accessibility, and usefulness over time. Provide timely updates to repositories so that all users have access to the most current information and practices.
Requirements
